WHAT'S NEW PAGE

1. We just celebrated a fabulous Father's Day at the Sakahogi church, hosted by all the mothers and ladies.  We had a cowboy theme and everyone dressed up for the occasion. It was fabulous food, fellowship, and fun.

2. Every month we have a church work day at the Sakahogi church on the first Saturday or the Saturday before a church event. Church members come to volunteer on projects and cleaning that need to be done around the church.

3. Kyohei and Stephanie took over the church ministry in Seki church back in December of 2014.  Since then they have been involved in their own ministries, including Kids Club that is held the second Sunday of every month, youth ministry for young people from 5th grade and up for both the Seki and Sakahogi youth, several church activities throughout the year, and Christmas concerts and programs.

4. We had 2 weeks of fabulous camps this summer!  We had over 100 campers for kids camp and over 40 campers for MK camp. We had a lot of helpers and staff help for camp as well. 

5. Our next Sakahogi church event will be a ladies fellowship held in October. 

1.  Pray for the earthquake victims from the Ishikawa area that occurred on January 1 and then another 6.0 earthquake that occurred a few weeks ago. 

2. Pray for the upcoming outreach ministries and camps for both the Seki and Sakahogi church.

3. Pray for continued help and volunteers in upkeeping the camp and facilities. 

4. Pray for Stephanie and Kyohei as they run the Seki church and are involved in several ministries there. 

5. We praise God for a successful kids and MK camp this summer. We had over 100 kids at kids camp and over 40 kids for MK camp. We also praise God for providing a lot of wonderful staff help for camp. Pray for those who accepted Christ as their savior at camp, that they may come to church and grow in Christ.
